Name: David Borrow
Age: 43
Rugby History: Starting playing at age grade and playing in the scrum I quickly moved to the centres and full back. At 19 I broke my arm in a game and never went back. My coaching Experience started in another sport where I gained a Level 2 Basketball coaching qualification with successful coaching at regional level which included unbeaten seasons I moved area and stepped away from coaching the sport. It wasn’t until I was approached to resurrect a representative team based in London, did I really get back into the sport I grew up with, rugby. My son joined Haslemere in 2017 Under 7s where I really started coaching and gained my England rugby level 2 coaching award. In my short time coaching the sport I have assisted coaching the Pacific Islanders Rugby Club which includes ex international players.
Aims for the season: To develop as a coach, and to help Haslemere develop as a side and kick on with the progress made in 2019-20
