Rugby History: Was involved in rugby in and off till 16. The dark world of football took over during 16-20, before taking a break from sport. I saw the light and care back to rugby in 2019 and loved it. Worked on securing my place in the team whilst working towards my RFU Level 2. Combined playing last season with some coaching with both the seniors and under 16s.

Aims for the season: My personal aims for the season are to play every game and give me all to the team when I step on the pitch. Alongside this I am aiming to develop my coaching.

Hobbies (outside of rugby or work): Outside of rugby I love watching live music, being outdoors and mindfulness.

Favourite Movie / Music / Book (etc): My favourite book (there are so many to choose from) is The Monk who sold his Ferrari by Robin Sharma. A quality story about how taking a step back and being grateful for everything around you.

My role this year is to work on mental performance and how we can use this to help us perform better
